Artistic energy filled the room at Bethanie Geneff Aged Care Home as our residents enjoyed a colourful Paint & Sip session. There were bright palettes, warm conversation, and plenty of laughs. Whether starting from scratch or adding their own flair to a Picasso outline, there was something for every budding artist!

Two Audreys, one beautiful bond💕

Our chaplain at Bethanie Beachside Aged Care Home introduced her granddaughter, Audrey, to one of our residents, also named Audrey. They discovered they share more than a name – they share a friendship that brightens every visit.

Calling each other ‘Little Audrey’ and ‘Old Audrey’, last week Little Audrey made a card that now has pride of place in Old Audrey’s room. Moments like these remind us what community and connection are all about. 🌸

Christmas kindness at Bethanie Elanora ✨

Last week, a local family visited Bethanie Elanora Retirement Village with a special mission – to bring festive cheer to residents spending Christmas alone.

With six thoughtfully prepared gift bags in hand, they walked through Elanora, sharing smiles, handshakes and heartfelt moments with our residents. The children’s gentle nature and generosity made the day unforgettable.

They’ve already promised to return next year with even more friends to spread the joy! 💚

Community Spirit Shines at Bethanie Housing Dalyellup

Community spirit shone through at Bethanie Housing Dalyellup during a special Christmas lunch. The day was filled with carols, Secret Santa and a homemade turducken. It even included raffled hampers to fundraise for the local hospital and toy donations to the Salvation Army Christmas Appeal.

Our amazing team at Bethanie Dalyellup came together to honour the National Day of Bhutan, sharing some of the beautiful traditions from their culture including dancing and singing.

Not only did they share their stories and talents, but they also treated our residents and team to authentic Bhutanese dishes – a true taste of home that brought everyone closer together.
