Excited to officially re launch! Last post here nearly 3yrs ago..time flies. I've been busy training in skin care/facials (Dermalogica) and updating massage skills. The home clinic is also renovated into a new calm space 😊 I will be focusing on what I do best and enjoy... good massage treatments and personalised facials. Dear awesome clients: I have decided to take a break from booking any more appointments for this year. Some other areas of life need my focus at this time. A sincere thank you for your support and word of mouth advertising over the last couple of years. Much appreciated! I am happy to take orders if you need products. Dear special clients/friends: I am now closed for remedial massage and face to face Naturopathic appointments, but available for phone consultations Tues and Wed. Product orders available any time. 😊 My apologies for any inconvenience...i will be texting you personally if you have an appt coming up. I will miss seeing everyone 😢, but I am doing what is safest of course. I am using this time to give the home clinic a new sleek day spa feel and going back to uni to bring back the health fund rebates...i will keep you posted and look forward to a fresh start on the other side!

Over the last few days I have spent considerable time listening to podcasts on immunity and the current situation with COVID-19. Mostly with Dr Heather Zwickey, a brilliant researcher and immunologist. Of course we do not say we can cure and we know we are certainly facing a serious situation. However, some complimentary medicines have shown actions worth considering. No pseudo-science or snake-oil cures in sight. I am feeling well informed regarding optimising our chances of health...please book a phone consult if you would like to chat.

In the mean time...good rest, de-stress as much as possible 😏, healthy guts with good food and hope all are staying well.
