Upper body strength is often weakest in women and takes consistency and dedication to see increases. Pushups are one of the hardest exercises to master good technique and one that is often performed incorrectly.

Here Ellie and Fay show off quality technique with Eccentric Pushups this morning - Core and upper body strength ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ. This hasn't come easy though and is something they've worked hard for by stepping out of their comfort zone, and committing to the process (plus a sprinkle of whingeing ๐Ÿ˜‰) .

The 8 week Female Strength Project is all about helping women gain confidence in the gym and in their abilities whilst educating them to get the results they want. It is perfect for both beginners and those with a training background but who need structured programming and accountability.

Week 7 of our 8 Week Program and the ladies are stepping up ๐Ÿ‘Š Strength training, for beginners, should not be rushed. It takes time and committment to develop good form and the basics before we start to increase the weights and complexity of movements.
