We’ve joined the ranks of those who find Christmas challenging. 🎄
This time of year can bring great joy. It can also be a reminder of deep hurts and loneliness.
We are thinking of all of you reading this. Whether you’re navigating a Christmas without someone you love. Maybe you are dealing with comments from family about your weight, life or parenting. Perhaps this is not a holiday you celebrate and you’re tired of everyone being Christmas centric.
For us we have actively and consciously decided that this festive season, more than ever we want to be present. We are planning on driving a different way, but we are embracing our festive rhythms both at home and work.
We loved seeing you for festive Ashtanga Led. We can’t wait for Beach Yoga - I so much wanted to attend this annual January event, but could hardly stand up. So I’m grateful to be well enough this January. 🧡
I find that rhythms can be a refuge. Whether those rhythms are a space where joy arises or a way for you to honour what was lost, or what’s was never available to you. We hope that you can find moments of peace and people to love, and be loved by.

I first heard of sangha when I was staying at a Buddhist monastery at age 20.
The three “refuges” in Buddhism are
