10 years in practice today !

Amistana Wellness began during a season of change — one that required courage and a fresh start.

Ten years of hands-on experience.
Ten years of learning, refining, and showing up consistently.

The work has grown alongside me — shaped by experience, perspective, and time.

More than anything, it’s the relationships built in that room that have made the last decade what it is.

Thank you to all my clients who have trusted mee with this space over the years and kept me being able to do what I love— special mention to my OG clients who have been with me since 2016 Rivervale days !

Just an update so as not to disappoint any more people - I’m still really unwell and still no answers as to what it is. I apologise for the amount of cancellations I’ve had to make this past week, please be patient with me as I endeavour to sort myself out as quickly as possible so I can get back to work. ❤️

After 2 months off I’m excited to say that I’ll be returning to work Monday 4th September.

Unfortunately I’ve been advised to take another week off to heal the injuries I’ve sustained from overuse and therefore will not be available until after the Easter break.
