January will be a shift from the usual hours, with school holidays, but the same number of appointments are being made available; hopefully we can find a time that works!

4 days riding some incredible trails ✅🤩

I’m pretty stoked with this one. Just a regular gal trying to do some cool stuff 😊 for those of you who know know mtb racing, I’m definitely not a competitor, I was just hoping to get through the event. So pretty sweet outcomes achieved.

Mentions to this crew for helping me to get there; thank you so much for the power testing and training, needed every bit of it! for helping me get stronger, .joeyleepaul for training load chats and tweaks, .health for keeping me moving, and
the biggest thank you to !!! Saving me from mechanical issues a couple of days before the event - I wouldn’t have made the start without you, absolute champs!!!

Look who’s back in clinic after having some rehab time (a vacation to take over my patio!) 🤩

But think about it, even plants aren’t at their BEST all the time, and have periods of rest, recovery and times for flourishing. Why should we expect people, ourselves, to be any different? 🌱

When was the last time you took some time out to care for you?✨treat yourself like a plant and make sure you get some water, sunlight, fresh air and some extra care when you need it ☺️

Treated some lower back and shoulder pain with the help of IASTM today. Have you ever had IASTM?

It can be an effective approach to help relieve pain, assist with recovery and muscle fatigue and reduce the symptoms of overuse type injuries 🙌

Rolling into 2025 ✨

2024 was a blast! Thank you to everyone for your incredible support, I absolutely love what I do, and get to work with so many wonderful people because of all of you!

January is already speeding along, and while it’s still school holidays availability is a little over the place - but I’ve tried to keep it varied to accomodate everyone, while still hanging with the kids ☺️
