After 14 years, it’s time for me to close a very big chapter.
I began my journey here back when it was Contours, before Amy, Chad and BJ bought the business and transformed it into Non Stop 24hr Fitness, growing it across multiple locations and building something truly special.
It later evolved into Gold’s Gym, before eventually being sold to Club Lime.
Across all of these changes, I’ve worked with some amazing people and made connections I genuinely value.
Like any long journey, there have also been challenges along the way that taught me a lot and helped shape me both personally and professionally.
Thankyou to the members that I’ve trained in group fitness or done personal training with over the years your support, loyalty, and trust are what kept me coming back year after year.
I want to reassure everyone that I’m absolutely not leaving the gym or fitness industry — this is simply a new chapter, not a goodbye.
I’m excited to continue doing what I love and supporting people with their health and fitness in a way that better aligns with where I’m at now.
