-Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy-
“Intra-Oral BCST or "Mouth-work”

The safe, non-manipulative, gentle & light-touch contacts made inside the mouth, also known as Craniosacral "Mouth-work" can be very effective in supporting clients to slowly restore their SENSE of SAFETY in the world if they have experienced trauma (emotional or physical), as the jaw is the centre of our "Social Engagement System" where we get to fully embody our human "Face, Voice & Heart Connection". The individuals “Vocal Clarity” can have an opportunity to be re-established 🗣
Mouth-work has been known to support clients who experience TMJ (Temporal Mandibular Joint disfunction), Jaw Clenching, Chronic Neck Pain or Migraine. Once again, this is supposed to be a slow & gently un-winding process, and will most likely require a series of sessions.

There is also a strong correlation between the Jaw & Pelvis, so applying BCST to the Jaw and inside the Mouth, may be effective in easing pain or trauma memory held in the Hips, Pelvis & Pelvic Floor.

For all of us, the starting place of healing is reconciliation with our own heart. Whether we are unable to forgive ourselves for what seems a major wrongdoing, or we have locked into chronic self-judgment, we are at war, cut off from our own tenderness, our own spirit. If we can see past our faults to our human vulnerability, we are on the path of reconciliation. Our self-compassion will naturally lead to caring about others or to an experience of love and connectedness we never imagined possible.
