🌿 Honour the Storm Within 🌿
At Awaken Shanti, we walk the path of truth — not perfection.
If anger rises…
If grief moves through you…
If sadness sits heavy in your bones…
Do not silence it.
In the shamanic way, emotions are not problems.
They are spirits of energy moving through the body.
They come with medicine.
Anger can show you where your boundaries were crossed.
Grief shows you what you loved deeply.
Sadness invites you inward to rest and restore.
When you push emotions down, they settle into the body.
When you honour them, they move.
Sit with the feeling.
Place your feet on the earth.
Breathe deeply into your belly.
Let the drumbeat of your heart hold you.
You do not need to “fix” yourself.
You need to witness yourself.
Feel.
Release.
Integrate.
Then step forward stronger, clearer, more aligned.
The storm is not your enemy.
It is a sacred clearing.
