Good morning!!

Some pretty big news,
At the end of this month February 2023 I will no longer be working out of pumpt 24 7 gym in Rockingham.
I will be working from my gym at home.
So booking will be by phone for a little while,

Health fund rebate will still be hicaps.

Personal training sessions will be available.

I look forward to keep helping everyone from there.

Wheel chair access to my gym so no need to worry about stairs anymore everyone can get treatment they need.
