It's been a long hot summer and whether you've spent it hanging out at the beach with mates, backyard BBQs enjoying the sun, or lazy weekend sessions with friends in your fave beer garden, it’s all good times making lasting memories.

Many people tend to drink less water through the colder months, but for best health it is important to maintain your regular intake to maintain glowing skin, help your kidneys, liver and general body function.

One of my favourite winter treats to keep me hydrated is ginger & honey infusion.

I simply grate organic ginger into my infuser and drink throughout the day adding a small amount of honey to each cup, drink warm or cool.

I'm also a big fan of the lemon and ginger combination, with both ingredients simply sliced and popped into the infuser.
