Sometimes it can be hard to get out of your own head and really relax into your float. If you're having a hard time switching off, try this simple rhythmic breathing technique, known as "box breathing":
π Inhale for a count of four
π Hold for a count of four
π Exhale for a count of four
π Hold for a count of four
Repeat, and focus on your breathing. Acknowledge any thoughts and feelings that arise, and let them drift away with your breath.
