Great morning at the foreshore. So wonderful to see so many old and new faces. Look forward to seeing you again next week.

There won’t be classes on the 23rd and 30th December. We will all be busy with the festive season. Returns the 6th Jan and goes thru to 31st March, so plenty of time to join in and enjoy the heath benefits of QiGong and Tai Chi.
