TERMS AND CONDITIONS – NON-REFUNDABLE RETREAT IN BALI
Effective Date: From date of deposit
Retreat Dates: 18th - 23rd of September 2026
Location: Bali, Indonesia

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering and submitting payment for this retreat, you ("Participant") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding. If you do not agree, do not register for the retreat.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made for the retreat are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to:
Illness or injury (including COVID-19 or other communicable diseases)
Travel disruptions or cancellations (e.g., flights, visas, passports)
Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters, weather events)
Government mandates or travel restrictions
Personal emergencies or scheduling conflicts
Dissatisfaction with the retreat experience
Changes in financial circumstances
No exceptions will be made.
3. Retreat Cancellation or Rescheduling by Organizer
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat due to circumstances beyond its control (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, or governmental restrictions). In such a case:
If the retreat is rescheduled, your booking will automatically transfer to the new dates.
If the retreat is cancelled entirely by the organizer, you will be offered a retreat credit valid for 12 months, but no cash refunds will be issued.
4. Travel and Insurance
Participants are solely responsible for arranging and paying for their own:
Flights and transportation
Travel documents (passports, visas, etc.)
Travel insurance with comprehensive coverage (including trip cancellation, medical, and COVID-related issues)
Travel insurance is strongly recommended, and the Organizer assumes no responsibility for costs incurred due to lack of insurance.
5. Health and Safety
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit for participation. The Organizer may remove any participant deemed a risk to themselves or others, without refund.
COVID-19 or other health protocols may apply and must be followed. Non-compliance may result in removal from the retreat, again, without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer disclaims all liability for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused in connection with the retreat. Participants waive all claims against the organizer arising from participation.
7. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to behave respectfully, responsibly, and lawfully throughout the retreat. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the retreat with no refund.
8. Media Release
By attending the retreat, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. You waive any rights to compensation for the use of such materials.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Australia.
10. Acknowledgment
By submitting payment, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You understand that all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
