We’re excited to welcome Albertine as the newest member of our Adaptability Exercise Physiology team!

With over three years of experience as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist in Brisbane, Albertine brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for working in the neurological space. She thrives on making exercise creative, fun, and impactful, ensuring each session is tailored to help you move toward your goals in a way that feels both empowering and enjoyable.

Albertine offers home visits in the North Brisbane region, clinic-based sessions, and hydrotherapy out of Sandgate Aquatic Centre, allowing her to support clients in the environment that best suits their needs and goals.
She is dedicated to helping improve your quality of life and overall function through evidence-based, personalised exercise interventions that truly make a difference.
Outside the clinic, you’ll likely find her soaking up the sun at the beach, walking her dog along the waterfront, watching the AFL, or listening to her favourite bands, Slowly Slowly and Ocean Alley.
We’re thrilled to have her on board!
