It’s Cold and Flu season so our clinic kindly asks that you reschedule if you are unwell 🤒

This not only prevents the spread of infection to clinic staff, and other patients, but is also in your best interest. Look at it this way, if your immune system is already on high alert and fighting off an infection, you’re at a much higher risk of complications with your treatments 📈👩‍⚕️

Here is our Cancellation and No Show Policy:

🗓️ Canceled and Rescheduled Appointments - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $100 fee applied to your credit card on file. If the appointment is rescheduled within 2 weeks, $50 will be reimbursed as a credit toward your appointment.

**IV Vitamin Drips - A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Appointments rescheduled/cancelled less than 24 hours forfeit the deposit (minimum $100) as the supplies are ordered and prepared specifically for the client.

👻 No Shows - No shows will be an automatic charge of $100. Any deposits/credits will be put toward this fee and any outstanding fees will automatically be charged the additional amount owing.

No show fees must be paid prior to subsequent bookings.
