Join us for a prop workshop that teaches how to use props like blocks, straps, bolsters, and the wheel to support and deepen your yoga practice. Props help provide stability to make postures more accessible, create space and movement to go deeper in a shape and support the body which allows for more refined actions. Yoga students can learn to adapt postures for their body type as well as using props for more challenging variations. Discover innovative ways to use props in both familiar and unfamiliar shapes, or for unexpected strengthening exercises. This workshop is beneficial for all levels, as props can help with alignment, prevent injury, provide stability, and offer new ways to explore poses. Come with a sense of playful curiosity and leave with the knowledge and excitement to allow props to enhance your yoga practice.
