Teen Drop-In at the CO. is tonight!!

Thinking about coming but not sure what it will be like?
You can walk in, look around, sit down, or just hang for a bit.

Some teens come to create.
Some come to talk.
Some just need a break.
Just come as you are.

🕔 Wednesdays, 5:00–6:00 PM, biweekly

We offer this biweekly, and we wanted to make sure you have the upcoming dates:

Why might a teen come?
Many teens are carrying a lot right now. School pressure, social stress, and big emotions can add up. Teen Drop-In offers a steady place to slow down, feel supported, and connect with others.

Who is it for?
All teens (13+) are welcome. You don't need to be struggling to attend -- anyone can benefit!

What is Teen Drop-In?
A supportive, welcoming space where teens can come as they are. Each session includes a mix of creative activities, conversation, and quiet time. Teens can engage in whatever way feels comfortable.

Why might a teen come?
Many teens are carrying a lot right now. School pressure, social stress, and big emotions can add up. Teen Drop-In offers a steady place to slow down, feel supported, and connect with others.

Who is it for?
All teens (13+) are welcome. It can be especially helpful for those feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or going through a tough season.

Is this therapy?
No — this is a supportive group. It can be a great complement to therapy or a gentle first step for families exploring support.

What do they need to bring?
Nothing. We provide everything. Just come as you are.

𝐓𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐩-𝐈𝐧: a free, calm, and welcoming space for teens ages 13+. Led by Angel Bilagot, this group offers a place to slow down, connect, express, and feel supported.

If your teen has been having a hard time lately and you aren’t sure where to turn, you are not alone. Many parents are noticing their teens feeling overwhelmed, withdrawn, or unsure how to express what is going on. It can be hard to know how to help.

Teen Drop-In offers a gentle place for teens to show up just as they are.

This is the CO. with a minimalistic bohemian vibe. And coffee and goldfish.

The CO is a community based collaborative alive with creativity and opportunities for nourishing your mental health. It is a heart centered space that is accessible and accepting. It is a creative art therapy centre, a place for workshops and classes and local art gallery.
