Valentine Grams will be on sale at Riverview Gardens until February 11th!
This is the 7th year we are running this popular fundraiser – with all proceeds given to our Residents’ Council ✨
💟 How much? $5.00 cash only
💟 Includes? 1 balloons, message card and delivery within Riverview Gardens on February 13th
💟 Where to Purchase? Reception Desk (Monday to Friday from 8:30am-4:00pm)
💟 Who can purchase? ANYONE!
💓The gram must include recipients' name & room number (department if it is a staff member) to ensure correct delivery 💓

CK Public Health has declared a Gastroenteric Outbreak on unit 5 West at Riverview Gardens.

Visitors are strongly encouraged to postpone non-essential visits to unit 5 West as this virus spreads rapidly, causing vomiting and diarrhea.

Additional Guidelines - Unit 5 West Only:

Residents are not permitted to leave this unit unless it’s for a medical/essential reason.

If you must visit this unit do not visit more than one resident per visit.

Hand hygiene is critical before entering and when leaving this unit.
Activities will continue on this unit for non-ill residents. Residents residing on other units cannot attend activities on this unit.

As a general reminder, please do not visit Riverview Gardens if you are sick and practice good hand hygiene if you are visiting.

Today is Groundhog Day! Just like the famous groundhog, our staff jumped in with their own predictions about the weather. Those betting on six more weeks of winter showed up in blue, while the hopeful early‑spring believers arrived in green.
