🌱Understanding the natural changes in a woman's body during menopause - the hormone changes that create all the symptoms of hot flashes, fatigue, brain fog - is all happening because the body is going through a nervous system change as well as hormone changes.
🌾With this perspective, flowing through the changes with being more gentle and soft in how our body is treated, how we approach exercises day to day can be very helpful in creating a sense of balance. Sensitive is not a weakness or flaw, it is information.
🍂 Choosing restorative exercise, and realizing that the body needs something different can be life changing and really empowering for our mind and body connection. It is a quieter kind of strength.
