Downtown Dental is looking for a part time receptionist 🖊 📞
Must be friendly, outgoing and able to multitask.
Either dental knowledge or dental/medical reception experience is preferred.
We’re looking for a receptionist for 3/days a week, with the potential of additional hours in the future. Hours would include Wednesday 9-5, Thursday 9-6:30 and Saturday 8:30-2. The office is closed on holiday weekends.

First and foremost we would like to thank all of our dedicated patients that have stood behind our decision to close during this pandemic. We understand it has been a very difficult and trying time for everyone. This is an unprecedented situation that requires extraordinary measures. We want to assure you that we have ALWAYS made your safety and the safety of our dental team our top priority. Our practice follows all infection control and prevention guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA),RCDSO, &ODA. When you arrive at the office, the staff will be wearing additional PPE for your protection. You will notice a number of changes and precautions put in place such as screening questions , scanning with a touch less thermometer, you will be asked to wear a mask upon entering and exiting as well as hand sanitizing. Other changes will be explained upon booking your appointment. We will be rescheduling cancelled appointments beginning with emergencies and urgent care. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate walk-ins at this time and we ask your cooperation in making payments either by mail, over the phone or calling ahead to arrange an alternative method. We are hoping that everyone has remained healthy and safe. We ask for your continued patience as we begin this process of gradually resuming services as we recognize that there is still an ongoing pandemic. We look forward to seeing your smiles soon!!
