We are aware of the recent concerns surrounding confirmed cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Ontario. We consider the health and wellbeing of our staff and clients a top priority. As such, we will only be seeing wounds, diabetic ulcers, acute Charcot foot or other urgent cases on an emergency basis. We will be closing for all other issues for at least 2 weeks from Mar.23 and will evaluate at that point if we need to be closed for a longer period. We encourage self-isolating and social distancing as recommended by the Ontario Ministry of Health (http://ontario.ca/coronavirus). If during self-isolation, you develop respiratory symptoms such as fever, cough, or difficulty breathing, contact Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000 or CK Public Health's COVID-19 intake line at 519-355-1071 X 1900.
ALL patients with symptoms should notify their healthcare provider prior to visiting any healthcare facility.
During this time, please care for yourself, your family, those around you and our community.
Sincerely

Cheryl Lewis
