“I will not beg, I will not plead”

Last night during my evening meditation, as I began drifting off to sleep, these words came through so strongly that I had to grab my phone and start typing.

The message was clear:

Do not beg. Do not plead.

So often when people are manifesting, praying, or asking the Universe/God/Source/Creator for something, they unknowingly place themselves in the energy of lack, desperation, or disconnection.

But true creation happens differently. It happens from alignment. From trust. From the divine power already living within you. From the flow that moves through you.

These affirmations are a reminder to return to harmonic energy rather than dissonance… to anchor into faith instead of fear.

Use them during meditation, manifestation work, or as a daily practice. Repetition matters — it can take consistent practice to begin imprinting new beliefs into the subconscious mind.

What is meant for you will always find you.

And when life tests you, meet it from your centre — not from begging, but from embodied trust. ✨

Woman & The Moon

Thank you ladies for attending last night’s Woman & the Moon workshop with Candise, Priestess of Grace.

I had the honour of playing the crystal singing bowls during this beautiful gathering and holding space through sound.

For some of you who may not know, this was also the very workshop where Candise and I first met back in the fall of 2022, when I had only been living in Chatham for a few short months.

I can listen to this workshop over and over again! Understanding the four main archetypes of the phases of a woman’s life has been so insightful—and it makes so much sense now.

During our time together, we will:

• Review Reiki foundations and energetic principles
• Revisit hand positions and intuitive session flow

• Open space for questions, discussion, and integration
