World Cancer Day is Feburary 4th, so we wanted to review some possible signs and symptoms that may warrant a visit to your primary care provider for investigations.

Please note, cancer can present in many ways and this list is not all inclusive. On the flipside, just because you are experiencing a sign or symptoms on this list, does not mean you have cancer.

Early detection saves lives so stay up-to-date on your routine screening:
✅ Cervical - Ages 25-70
✅ Breast Cancer - Ages 40-74
✅ Colorectal - Ages 50-74

If need to be assessed by a healthcare professional, contact your primary care providers office to schedule an appointment.
If live in Chatham-Kent and do not have a primary care provider, check out the CKOHT's website to findout where you can access healthcare services - https://www.ckoht.ca/for-community-members/
