We’re excited to announce our upcoming CBT-I group designed to provide guidance, support, and practical tools in a group setting. Facilitated by Amélie Vézina, doctoral associate finishing her Ph.D. at the Center for Studies on Sleep Disorders of uLaval, it’s a great way to learn strategies, build healthy sleep routines, and connect with others navigating similar challenges.

We want to share an important update with our community: our wonderful admin, Lee, will be moving on from Uprise to pursue new opportunities. From the earliest days of Uprise Psychology & Wellness, Lee has helped shape who we are. Her warmth, reliability, and care have supported our clients and team through every stage of growth, and her presence has meant so much to all of us.

While we’re sad to see her go, we’re deeply grateful for all she has contributed. She’ll always be an important part of the Uprise story. We wish her the best and are excited for what’s ahead for her. We remain committed to a smooth, thoughtful transition for our clients.
