This is what we do, and we do it well. Yoga, Fascia Release Roll-out (Yoga Tune Up/Roll Model certified), Private and Group classes, Yin/Restorative classes, and Meditation. Breathwork, Soundbath, Reiki and traditional practices dating back thousands of years combined with modern health science. It won't hurt, and it shouldn't. It doesn't require flexibility or experience of any kind, nor is it only for beginners. Yoga is the practice of caring for and using your resources to their best benefit in the rest of your life. Body, Mind, Breath and Heart. Your Favourite Self is in your control. We just provide the space to find and nurture Self.

We again ask for your continued understanding with our unreliable heating and cancelled classes, while simultaneously asking for your vote as 'best yoga studio'. We completely see the dilemma that presents.

I have no ambition other than to provide you safe, comfortable space and support to engage in your self-development. I can only offer my deep apologies and share the facts.

The part is ordered, we have not ETA. I am manually manipulating the temporary fix in place to try to get even a few classes to run in comfort. Please keep an eye on your email if you've signed up for a class and the online schedule will reflect the current state of affairs.
