After six years of incredible experience, we are moving into this next year with a solid foundation, a peaceful self-awareness AND, a few big shifts for our impact and expression in our community.

Over the next few weeks, you'll see important updates to our website, more variety in class schedules and clear class descriptions.

We all need a bit of clarity and stability nowadays... a shift of perspective. We'd love to share space and time with you as we transition into full expression of who we are in this Now.

We practice using the tools that help us live our lives where we are, right now, to our best ability and towards our best intention.

We don't offer workouts. You will physically become fitter.
We don't have mirrors. You will be seen.
We have bodies, minds, hearts and breaths that must learn to work together for our best interest, so that we can be our best Self for each other.
