THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING AUTHENTIC The truth is whatever works and it’s different for everyone, we all view the world from our own subjective perception. Since as long as I can remember, I’ve always hated being told what to do, I’ve always thought that being authentic and living your life on your own terms was the most important way to live. I chose to share this particular experience because it beautifully illustrates how past life regression can help people reconnect with their own truth—not someone else’s version of it. It’s a reminder that healing and clarity often come when we give ourselves permission to live authentically.
