If you aren’t seeing progress, it’s usually because one of these five pillars is leaning. You don’t need a “secret” exercise or a magic supplement. You need:

Consistency: Hitting muscles 2x a week.

Intensity: Pushing close to failure (RPE 7-9).

Recovery: 7+ hours of sleep (this is where the muscle actually grows!).

Fuel: High protein and a slight surplus.

Big congratulations to our January challenge winner !
Our hoop strength community competed in an online challenge for the month of January.
We would assign daily challenges, like go for a walk, read this blog and answer the questions, do a 10 min stretch etc.
Who ever checked off the most daily challenge won. This so happened to be Melanie, and for all her hard work and dedication she won a $50 gift card to Kelowna’s newest and coolest smoothie bar, Just Peachy Kelowna]
