Understanding movement starts with understanding the body.

We are hosting the STOTT Pilates virtual Functional Anatomy course this June. This course is a key part of the STOTT Pilates education pathway- designed to build a strong understanding of how the body moves and functions. It’s ideal for those preparing to work as a Pilates instructor or movement specialist.

Through a mix of lectures, demonstrations, and interactive learning, you will explore the foundations of anatomy and how it directly applies to movement.

• deep core stability

Controlling the carriage while the other leg moves through développé requires precision, balance, and full-body awareness.
