🤍 The Deep Control: As your spine melts down into the mat, you must actively use your hamstrings and glutes to resist the springs and keep your feet high.
🤍 The True Challenge: Lowering those straight legs back to the starting position requires total lumbopelvic stability.
Your core must hold your pelvis perfectly neutral to support your lower back.
