Is Numbness & Tingling a Bad Sign?

If you’re feeling numbness or tingling in your arm, hand, leg, or foot — don’t ignore it.

Rest Alone Won’t Fix Your Back Pain.

Yes, rest can calm things down. It can reduce inflammation. It might make you feel better temporarily.

But here’s the problem…

The moment you start using your back again — the pain often comes right back.

Why?
Because the underlying issue hasn’t been corrected.

Golfer’s elbow causing pain on the inside of your elbow?
