My son's hockey team recently got introduced to this amazing pasta from as part of their sponsorship. Calling all young chefs! We're thrilled to introduce our brand-new cooking show, created by my kids, for kids! They’ve wanted to do this for a while and we finally made it happen. They chose the recipes, they filmed it, and they edited it. Each episode focuses on an easy-to-follow, healthy recipe that kids can recreate in their own kitchen with minimal or no adult supervision. Had a blast doing some cooking classes this week for the Stronger Group. Was a nice break from the office and video calls that typically make up my day. This class was making a burrito bowl, super easy and tasty. We make a lot of bowls in our house. My kids love being able to assemble their own plate. They’re more likely to try new ingredients if they’re able to add it to their plate themselves. And they make great leftovers.

Great little piece by on why athletes like and are seeking out sports nutritionists to help give them a competitive edge. Things like lab tests, genetic testing, and personalized meal planning is nothing new, but good to see it getting some airplay. "The two biggest improvements are recovery and energy levels," he said. "And then just how you sleep and how refreshed you feel waking up. I've always been into these sorts of things over the years and different edges you can find, whether it's supplements or nutrition or training. There are different times where you have to get educated about how to support what you want to try to accomplish, and then how you can supplement your recovery and energy and all the good stuff."
