GreenTree Community Inclusion Programs is a full service organization providing innovative solutions and care for individuals with diverse abilities.

GreenTree Programs believes in providing barrier free services to assist people with higher needs to achieve a fulfilling life through community, empowerment and companionship. Our mandate is to find creative solutions to facilitate inclusion for all of our clients, regardless of ability. We are a small community organization that specializes in the transition of young adults from school aged services to adult living programs. With twelve years of experience in community inclusion, we have the ability and expertise to provide quality care and structure to any individual with diverse abilities. We also have a special focus on persons with higher needs who may require more attention and care and who may otherwise be ineligible for similar programs.

Building connections through shared activities is at the heart of what we do. Today, our staff enjoyed the opportunity to hit the ice with the youth they support. While the skating was a highlight, the real magic happened while warming up by the fire together at the end of the day.

Post-holiday mode: activated. ❄️ We’re trading the snow for some indoor culture! We checked out the "Seriously? Comedy and Satire in Canadian Art" exhibit at the Kelowna Art Gallery today. Such a clever and unique show—definitely worth a visit if you’re looking to stay warm! 🎨✨

As the months turn over to a new year and January offers us breakthrough-blues between the plentiful grey days, we appreciate our ability to embrace togetherness as a team and as a community.

On cold days where it is so easy to stay home, we can still find spaces in our local area that welcome us with beautiful lights, friendly (💚😉) faces, and fresh air. A change of scenery can go a long way in helping us appreciate and prepare for the year ahead, and there are new views no matter where we go.

Our staff meeting was so packed with Christmas cheer, even Santa would have needed a holiday to recover!

At GreenTree, every day is an adventure — and sometimes that adventure looks like turning the living room into a dance floor!
One of our favorite ways to keep the kids active, smiling, and moving is with Just Dance on YouTube. It’s simple, free, and packed with so much fun.

We love watching everyone jump in, from the shy dancers to the bold performers, because here, it’s not about getting the moves perfect — it’s about laughing, trying, and being included. Every voice, every rhythm, and every personality has a place on our dance floor.

These moments of joy remind us why we do what we do: to create a space where our kiddos can be themselves, have fun, and feel supported every step (and dance move) along the way.
