Prenatal Yoga Pop-up, Join Us! Taught by Kristian Harkin
I recently relocated to Kelowna from Alberta with my little family and am a mom of two (3 years + 5 months). I’m a yoga teacher offering both regular yoga classes and therapeutic yoga series. Since becoming a mom and experiencing pregnancy + postpartum myself, I feel as though pre/post natal yoga is incredibly valuable.
I’d describe my teaching style as grounding, supportive, invitational and accessible. I encourage a deep focus on breath, body awareness, and creating space to be curious, playful, and present.
I look forward to class on the 22nd and plan to guide you through a supportive prenatal yoga class that will allow you to find space in both the physical body and the mind. We’ll start by settling into the breath, move through gentle (maybe modified) strength and mobility-focused postures, then ease into restorative shapes for rest and relaxation. My hope is that you leave feeling calm, nourished, and ready for the holiday week!
