Calista began her journey into the healing arts with Reiki in 2007 and has dreamt of sharing healing ever since. She uses her skills in energy healing and body work alongside her intuitive gifts as a foundation to offer a unique healing experience. She is able to intuitively pull from various skills and healing modalities (such as Touch for Health, Raynor Massage, Reiki, Craniosacral, etc.) to meet your wellness needs. Calista is happy to meet you where you’re at in your journey and respect your goals for holistic wellness.

Calista holds space for emotional healing, stress relief, chakra balancing, physical body complaints, quests for spiritual growth, trauma repair, removing energy/belief system blocks and simple, essential deep relaxation.

Combining her roots in energy healing with deep tissue massage, Calista aims to create a customized treatment experience that will restore the body, mind, & spirit to a state of balance.
