The Hockey Athlete program is designed with 3 levels:
• Beginner
• Intermediate
• Expert

Each level is currently 12 weeks long, and as you move into Intermediate and Expert, more weeks and volume are added—so you can keep progressing without ever having to stop.

Every exercise also includes full, in-depth video tutorials, where I show you exactly how to set up & perform each movement properly. so you’re not guessing, and you’re training effectively.

This isn’t just about getting faster or stronger.

It’s about staying on the ice.
