Meet Kim! If you come in on Saturdays you have likely met her. She is full of energy and enthusiasm for what we do at The Recovery Spa. Here is a bit of her story and why the red light bed is her favourite.

Wow, six years! 🥰

It has been an amazing six years of being able to help people with pain, stress, athletic performance, burnout and just with life and helping people live their best version of it.

To say thanks for all of your support over the last six years. We are doing a birthday open house on Saturday, October 25 from 9 AM to 4 PM

We will be doing a giveaway for a variety of prizes, including a year of free red light therapy so make sure you come by and enter the draw or find our other Instagram post where you can enter as well.

We will also be offering free compression sessions and Biocharger sessions all day you can book in for a specific time at the link in our bio or you can just drop in during the day.

The services can be done by multiple people at the same time so you can bring a friend or family member with you if you want. We will also have day of event specials on our services and products - you’l have to stop by to see what they are.
