Wow, six years! 🥰

It has been an amazing six years of being able to help people with pain, stress, athletic performance, burnout and just with life and helping people live their best version of it.

To say thanks for all of your support over the last six years. We are doing a birthday open house on Saturday, October 25 from 9 AM to 4 PM

We will be doing a giveaway for a variety of prizes, including a year of free red light therapy so make sure you come by and enter the draw or find our other Instagram post where you can enter as well.

We will also be offering free compression sessions and Biocharger sessions all day you can book in for a specific time at the link in our bio or you can just drop in during the day.
