Hey, I’m Dr. Brittany! I’m a naturopathic doctor here in Kelowna, and I spend most of my days helping women make sense of their hormones.
Whether it’s figuring out what’s happening with your cycle, supporting fertility, or navigating perimenopause, I’m all about blending science and a little humour.
When I’m not in the clinic, I’m probably lifting weights, playing with my kids, or catching up on our book club pick. And yes, I will be watching trashy reality tv after the kids go to bed.
