At Complete, we begin every client’s journey with a comprehensive consultation lasting 30 minutes, conducted by a licensed medical aesthetician. This session enables us to thoroughly evaluate your current skin concerns, review your existing skincare routine, and answer any questions you may have.

The result of this consultation will be a customized skincare regimen, a treatment plan specifically designed to meet your needs, and detailed answers to all your inquiries. Additionally, we may perform a skin analysis for further insight. We offer these consultations free of charge, as we believe they are a crucial part of the service we provide.

Appointments can be made online, with options for in-person and virtual video consultations available.

Please note that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we encourage you to use our online booking system or contact us directly at 250-864-7721.

Please be aware that missed or late cancellations for consultations will incur a fee of $100, which will be added to your next booking.
