Yesterday, we spent to day learning, being, doing, and connecting. It’s not always easy to step out of your comfort zone, but these ladies did and I am so proud of them.

So excited to watch you all grow, evolve and integrate Reiki into your life. Small shifts make big changes.

My heart is so full and I am so grateful to have the opportunity to teach these ladies. And am so grateful they chose to learn from me.

Collective cards for Reiki Level One happening THIS Saturday, April 18!

We are walking through a chamber of healing and awakening the life-force within.

Healing is always happening for healing is to chance and you’re always changing, always returning to whole. This card shows up to acknowledge your in a deeper stage of healing. It’s ok to surrender and trust your innate ability to heal through the ever changing seasons of life. Just as we bloom into spring. Are you being called to step deeper into self?

There is a sacred pulse woven within all things, called life force energy. When we are connected to life force we have the ability to weave within life force energy. Iv held so much resistance to sharing my story, as I am not a victim but I’m sharing from a state of personal power. If I didn’t experience this illness I wouldn’t be where I am today, and for that I am grateful.

My healing journey isn’t linear, and it definitely hasn’t been easy. But it has taught me that true healing happens when we look at the whole picture. I am a sensitive soul, and I continue to learn through that.

Reiki opened a door for me and now, it’s something I’m deeply passionate about sharing.
