Spirit dropped this beautiful reminder in today & I wanted to share it with all of you.

Something I notice within myself and my clients is that when we have an opportunity that feels in alignment, we move forward with that opportunity. Then later on it doesn’t feel right or in alignment anymore we doubt ourselves. We say we must have been wrong!

But in my living and learning is that we aren’t wrong. We are always evolving and always changing to get closer and closer to who we are. So in the moment it was in alignment and it was exactly the step we needed to take. Because truthfully, there is no right and there is no wrong. There is just living, learning, remembering, aligning and realigning.

So what if you leaned into, what did I learn from this? Or why was this a step I had to step into along my journey? What is this showing me?

You’re always exactly where you are meant to be. Lean into trust my friend, trust me I continue to practice this on all levels as well. What is it that you want and desire and does what you’re doing align with that version of you that has it all?

WOW! What a year!

As we enter into the 12 month, I want to remind you to breathe and I encourage you to continue to take care of yourself. Take the small moments of gratitude, a few deep breaths, movement in the body, meditation or however that looks for you.

On that note, I decided to offer my most popular 1 hour Energy Healing healing session for 30% off for the ENTIRE month of December! That being said, time and space is limited so it is first come, first serve.

The holiday seasons are often filled with triggers and difficult moments but those are where we can invite healing in. That's where we can soften and lean into to allow the healing to happen. Reiki got me like....

Last night we surrendered & flowed with our breath and it was beautiful.

I was so deep in the ceremony, this is one of the only photos I took, but I believe it captures it perfectly!

Every time I guide I heal an aspect of me, I heal alongside you. We all walk out of the room different than the person we were when we arrived. My pop-open message was spot on (as always haha). Oh spirit works in magical ways.

A special thank you to all the breathers who showed up for themselves and trusted me to hold them with love. And a huge thank you to redefinedyoga for sharing her beautiful space with us.

It was a beautiful night for a Full Moon Surrender ceremony while the Beaver Supermoon’s energy is strong.

Calling in flow & surrender and releasing the need to control. It seems to be a strong theme lately and it is a beautiful opening for Breathwork this Friday.

Ceremonies remind us how important it is to come home to ourself and to create space for us amongst the chaos and loudness of this world. To cleanse and create space for planting seeds of desires and surrendering to the trust. To be reminded of the something greater and allowing us to give it to spirit.
