There’s something incredibly special about witnessing subtle shifts unfold over time

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been working with a client who has been coming in for weekly Reiki sessions. What’s been so beautiful — and honestly, exciting — is noticing how the body is no longer presenting the same reactions or responses we saw in the beginning.
No force. No expectation. Just gentle, consistent work.

We both felt it.

A soft but undeniable step back into self. Into personal power.

Not because the power was ever missing — but because life has a way of making us question, doubt, and disconnect from what was always there.

Choosing to explore Reiki alongside the Aura Healer technology has been absolutely fascinating. Watching the energetic patterns evolve session by session continues to remind me how intelligent, responsive, and adaptable our systems truly are.

A little about me.

At a young age I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. This was a life altering moment that would soon bring me into an 'unknown' world. Raised in a home that believed in the golden rule" Treat those as you would want to be treated"and as my mother would often say "Your religion can be whatever you choose; as long as it steams from love." These two things have always been at the front of my mind while embarking this journey.

In 2015 after trying many medications I choose to work with a natural path in Australia. One month of following her guidance I stepped into a whole new awareness. I began to wonder, how do I know that about this person and why do I have these sensations though out my body that seem to mimic how others are feeling?

This curiosity lead me to take a mediumship class. I remember stating out loud 'If there is truth to this than let me have an experience." Well years later, here I am. ​ I have traveled to London UK to learn platform reading . Have become trained to teach Reiki, lead crystal grid workshops, read cards, lead mediation and hold my 200 hour certificate for Yoga. ​

If you are far along on your journey or just starting, welcome. I'd love to meet you but if on the off chance we don't get to cross paths I'll leave you with one piece of advice. "On this journey, go where ever you are with an open heart. Choose to allow yourself to have an experience and explore. Your intuition is powerful and waiting for you. Trust it." ​
