Be gentle with yourself this week. We have just went through a huge full moon release with the eclipse energy. We’re sitting deep in the Pisces season which is all about release, wrapping things up and letting things go.. like old emotions and baggage we no longer need to carry. We are also still in mercury retrograde for most of this month so be patient and slow down. What’s meant to unfold will with divine timing. Mercury rules communication and technology so don’t be surprised if the universe is teaching you “patience” right now. 💞

If you’re wondering how much energy maintenance is required for a healer carrying a 32 week baby in the womb- the answer is ALOT. At this stage of my pregnancy I have to be very aligned with the clients I hold space for, the things I have capacity to hold, and the things I do not. The days that I am holding space for others I do energy baths, meditations, cleansing, releasing, visualizing, sageing and literally all the things. One of my favourite ways to protect this baby inside my womb is to visualize healing light all around her keeping her safe and supported. I check in daily to revamp the energy where any leaks may have taken place. It’s my responsibility to keep myself and this baby in energetic alignment. 🤎 spiritualmentor

Forever grateful for the 5 months of growth & transformation I get to journey through with the most amazing souls! I’ve now hosted a total of 5 level three programs since I created this program in 2021. Each time I lead this level I see the growth and expansion in myself, my ability, and the way I get to show up for the groups.
