Clearing your energy doesn’t always have to be sage, meditation, or a ceremony. On a nightly and morning basis I set the intention to clear any energy attached to me while I brush out the knots in my hair. Through intention and visualization I integrate what I’m already physically doing with awareness of energetic release. It doesn’t have to be complicated. INTENTION is EVERYTHING.

We’re all shifting and growing. It’s our inability to surrender and detach that makes the shifts become longer & harder than they need to be. The things that your holding onto and overly controlling won’t change until you detach. What is meant to be will always be. You may be the thing standing in the way of the true unfoldment.
