As of today I’m 28 on the 28th ✨
As I reflect on this year I see a lot of growth and resilience in myself. As of February I will have been pregnant for one year. I went through my second pregnancy loss in the spring. And ended up pregnant right after with the beauty im carrying now. My body has been through a lot, my heart stretched thin, my mind on over drive. The thing about this human experience is we’re here to grow, rise, heal, and evolve. This journey isn’t perfect and I’ll be the first one to say life can be fu***ng tough, and beautiful and everything inbetween. Today I celebrate my resilience and growth through it all. This year was a big one creating a program to launch out to the world, continuing to build my spiritual community, walking alongside my two beautiful girls, and carrying a beautiful blessing in my belly. We are ever growing, changing & evolving. I am grateful for this life, this body, this journey, my clients, and my beautiful children. Thank you so very much for supporting me while I grow.
