Hello everyone just wanted to hop on and again say a huge thank you to all my followers.

How many of you are over winter and stuck in wanting spring so bad and it just doesn’t seem to want to be here yet I know I sure am ready for it I am so tired of being cold.

Just wanted to share with all of you that I am super excited to advance and expand my skills of working with the systems and our amazing bodies and the power of them. This weekend I am taking a course on reflexology, I find one of the most amazing places to massage is the feet they never get enough attention and really should due to they hold us up all day long or a good portion of the day for most of us.

So if you are interested in getting this treatment done I will be opening up some times hopefully next week and start getting things back rolling or as always reach out to me via messenger or comment below on this post and we can for sure set up an appointment.

In the meantime try and stay warm and safe travels to anyone on the road and take care spring is coming soon I can feel it the longer days is definitely a wonderful start.

I’m happy to share that I am now officially certified in Cupping Therapy I also learnt how to use a guasha board.

I’m always looking for ways to expand my skills and offer more healing options to my clients, and I’m excited to now provide this amazing treatment. Cupping therapy can help with muscle tension, pain relief, circulation, and overall relaxation — making it a great addition to your wellness routine.

Hello everyone just wanted to share a few things super excited in a little over a month I will be at the health and wellness fair in Lloyd offering chair massage table massage reiki and card readings can’t wait for this have been wanting to do it for a long time.
Also I am going to be upgrading and adding some new courses into my practice those being a reflexology course and cupping coming very soon I am so excited to advance my skills things are going up.
If you are needing to book in for a massage card read reiki I still have openings for this coming week Monday evening and Wednesday evening if you are needing a different time message me and I can likely make something work.

Good evening I am wanting to do a survey and if I can get some feedback I would really appreciate it

Cupping - yes or no

Reflexology - yes or no

Saturday appointments - yes or no and morning, afternoon, or evening

Sunday appointments - yes or no and morning / afternoon / evening

Then I have during the week currently working Monday and Wednesday evenings currently 6:30 to 9pm and normally everyone wants evening appointments but why do mine not get scooped up, if anyone can provide feedback I would love it just trying to figure out better ways to provide my services and people can book in with me.

Just a quick update I am able to keep my massage room I have found a way I am very happy miracles are amazing.
Keep the bookings coming in the new year I am hoping to open up more times.
