4-Week Kettlebell Progression for Everyday Performance
Mondays + Wednesdays | 4:00PM - 5:00PM | Starts March 2nd
Strong Plus Mobile is a coached small-group training program built for real life so you feel stronger, more mobile, and more capable in the movements you do every day.
Over 4 weeks, you’ll train 2x/wk (8 sessions) using kettlebells, bodyweight, and resistance bands. We train the fundamentals your body needs to move well: hinge, squat, lunge, push, pull, carry, plus rotation (the missing piece most programs ignore).
Mobility + range are built into every session so you leave feeling good.
Why kettlebells are so brilliant
Kettlebells build a strong, athletic body because you train your whole system at once—strength, conditioning, coordination, and core stability, rather than isolating one muscle. They also make it easy to train rotational + anti-rotational strength, a huge part of real-life movement.
