This special class is designed to connect and give back, with a portion of proceeds supporting Border Paws Animal Shelter. Community Yoga at Pure Vibe is led by rotating instructors, bringing a fresh energy and unique experience to each session.
Warm Slow Flow & Stretch
Begin with a gentle, slow-paced flow designed to warm the body, release tension, and create space through mindful movement. This intentional flow allows you to reconnect with your breath while easing into the body.
From there, transition into deeper stretches to unwind tight areas and invite a sense of calm and balance. Expect a grounding, feel-good practice that leaves you open, relaxed, and reset.
This class is suitable for all levels and is the perfect way to give your nervous system a full exhale.
Please dress in comfortable layers to stay warm throughout the practice.
