This special class is designed to connect, ground, and give back, with a portion of the proceeds going to Border Paws Animal Shelter. Community Yoga at Pure Vibe is taught by rotating instructors, so each session carries a fresh energy and a unique flavor of practice.⁣ ⁣

Warm Stretch & Restorative Yoga⁣

Begin your experience with gentle, warming stretches designed to release tension, open the body, and prepare the nervous system to fully unwind. This slow, intentional movement creates space, physically and mentally before transitioning into stillness.⁣

From there, settle into Restorative Yoga… where the focus shifts to deep rest and nervous system reset.⁣

Restorative Yoga replenishes the body’s energy systems, leaving you feeling nourished, grounded, and deeply rejuvenated. Each posture is fully supported using bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps, allowing the body to soften without effort and encouraging the release of deeply held tension.⁣
This practice gently calms the central nervous system, supports recovery, and invites a profound state of rest, often described as a full-body exhale.⁣

Becoming a teacher is more than learning poses… it’s learning how to hold space, trust your voice, and truly embody the practice.⁣

We warmly welcome you to join us on Sunday, March 29th as we celebrate the journey of our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training graduates.⁣

After months of dedication, practice, and growth, our soon-to-be graduates will be leading a variety of classes throughout the day as part of a community fundraiser. This is a meaningful opportunity to support these incredible students as they take their final steps into teaching while also giving back to our local community.⁣

Strong Plus Mobile is a coached small-group training program built for real life so you feel stronger, more mobile, and more capable in the movements you do every day.⁣

Over 4 weeks, you’ll train 2x/wk (8 sessions) using kettlebells, bodyweight, and resistance bands. We train the fundamentals your body needs to move well: hinge, squat, lunge, push, pull, carry, plus rotation (the missing piece most programs ignore).⁣
Mobility + range are built into every session so you leave feeling good. ⁣
