We’re looking for a friendly, motivated individual to join our team at The Rustic Tub!
This is a “Part Time Position" for the front of the store, focused on creating a welcoming and engaging experience for our customers. If you love natural products, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a retail environment then we’d love to meet you.
Job Requirements:
Providing excellent customer service and building genuine connections
Assisting customers with product knowledge and recommendations
Confidently upselling and helping customers find the perfect products
Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Must be available to work weekends
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and people skills
Retail or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
Ability to learn and speak confidently about our products
Someone reliable, positive, and team-oriented
What to Expect:
This role will begin as part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full time position over the summer and holiday seasons for the right candidate.
