Overseas or here at home, Canadians have always stepped up when we needed them most. On Remembrance Day, we pause to honour those who have served Canada in uniform, at home and abroad, and reflect on the freedoms their sacrifices have made possible.

If you can, attend the parade in Downtown Midland today, take a moment to thank a Veteran, listen to their story, and learn more about the lives behind the uniforms.

👻 BOO! The Mini Monster March is back!

Join us in Downtown Midland on Saturday, October 25 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. for a safe and spooktacular way to celebrate Halloween!

Bring your little ghosts, goblins, and superheroes downtown to trick-or-treat at participating BIA businesses along King and side streets. Enjoy music, smiles, photos, and plenty of treats in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.

What an amazing weekend in Downtown Midland! Our BIA Car Show at the Lighthouse parking lot was a huge success, perfectly paired with the Town’s Mural Fest 🎨🚗 The lot was packed with stunning vehicles and an incredible community turnout.

Visitors got to cast three votes for their favourite cars, and the competition was fierce! 🗳️🔥

🏆 1st Place – Mark Zammit with the 1973 Chevrolet Impala
🥈 2nd Place (tie) – Randy MacPherson with the 1970 Pontiac LeMans Convertible
🥈 2nd Place (tie) – Herb Wilson with the 1980 Black Studebaker

👏 A big thank you to all the participants who showcased their beautiful vehicles, and to everyone who came out to admire, vote, and celebrate with us. Midland truly shines when art, cars, and community come together! 🌟
