If pain sticks around for more than 72 hours or limits your movement, it’s time to check in with a physio, RMT, or doctor. Don’t ignore the signs—listen to your body.

Recovery doesn’t mean stopping. It means adapting:
💪 Hurt shoulder? Train your lower body.
🦵 Sore knee? Focus on upper body and core.
🧠 Smart recovery isn’t weakness—it’s strategy.

When teens and young adults move their bodies, challenge themselves, and see what they’re capable of, something powerful happens. Strength grows. Confidence rises. Self-worth deepens.

Fitness becomes an outlet — a place to release stress, build resilience, and develop mental toughness. It teaches discipline, patience, and belief in oneself. It shows them that hard things can be learned, obstacles can be overcome, and progress comes from consistency.

Some Mondays you drag yourself out of bed.
Some Mondays you bounce up like a loaded spring, ready to attack the day.

But no matter how the morning starts, one thing stays consistent — your attitude toward fitness.
Good day or bad day, tired or fired up… you commit to the journey. You show up. You do the work.

And sometimes?
After a solid Monday WOD… you just need a good chilling period to recover. ❄️😂
