A typical warm-up at Fortis might include getting the heart pumping, muscles moving, a few extra steps in
 and yes, maybe even some questionable dance moves 💃đŸ•ș. But that’s exactly the point.

We’re here to move, improve, and enjoy the process. Fitness doesn’t always have to be serious to be effective — sometimes the best results come when you’re laughing, smiling, and having a little fun along the way.
