Just started taking these this week. At my age, I need to start taking care of my bone health. 🦴❤️
Calcium is a powerful mineral that supports the health of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems and teeth. It also helps maintain weight, supports heart health and balances blood pH levels. Magnesium plays many important roles in the body, such as supporting muscle and nerve function and energy production.
Low magnesium levels usually do not cause symptoms.

In addition, collagen is associated with bone calcium and helps regenerate cartilage, tendons and bones. Magnesium is associated with creating enzymes, hormones and antibodies.
Using both substances together improve the absorption of each of them in the body.
