Dr. Nandita Sethi Narula, LCEH, Gr. BHMS, ADND, is an Ottawa resident and a Holistic Medical Doctor from India (LCEH: Homeopathic Physician: Doctor of Homeopathy: Homeopathic Doctor: “Naturopathic Doctor”: 5 years of medical school), a country that has Integrated Medicine (Holistic, Naturopathic, and Conventional Medicine are integrated). She completed her post-doctorate degree in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery in an accelerated program for gifted medical students (Gr. BHMS: 2.5 instead of 5 years of medical school) and an optional Advanced Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics (ADND: 1 year). She did her medical internship at Sanjeevan Hospital (Punjab) where she worked in the areas of female reproductive health (gynecology and obstetrics - 1000+ babies delivered) and cardiology (intensive coronary care unit). After graduation, Nandita operated her own private medical clinic specializing in clinical nutrition and homeopathy in Mumbai (formerly Bombay) for people who could afford her services including famous Bollywood actors. Additionally, Nandita worked with a medical team operating out of a “van clinic” to provide “street medicine” (Universal Access to Health Care) for those who could not easily afford to see a physician (see photos). In 2004, Nandita married a Canadian and immigrated to Canada.
