Most guys think you have to choose…

Get stronger or get lean.

That’s exactly what he thought when he came in:
“Can I lose 30 lbs without killing my bench?”

Short answer: yes.
But not the way you’ve been trying to do it.

The meeting ends. 12 hours down. You close the laptop, and for a split second, you catch your reflection on the dark screen.

And you think: “How did I let myself get here?”

Most people overcomplicate getting lean for the summer.

They chase fancy diets, supplements, and “secret” meal plans… when the truth is much simpler.

If you want to get lean and build muscle, your nutrition should mostly come from foods like:

Meat
Eggs and egg whites
Greek yogurt
Cottage cheese
Potatoes and sweet potatoes
Rice
Vegetables
Fruit

High protein. Simple carbs. Real food.

You don’t need a complicated diet.
You need consistency with foods that actually support muscle, recovery, and fat loss.

Build most of your meals around these and you’ll be ahead of 90% of people trying to get in shape this summer.

David wasn’t lazy.
He wasn’t unmotivated.

He was doing what most busy men do…
Trying to figure it out alone.

Training hard.
Making “good” food choices.
Staying active.

But effort without direction only gets you so far.

When David came to us, nothing about his life slowed down.
He was still running his business.
Still raising two daughters.
Still busy.

What changed wasn’t his effort.
It was the system.
